    Inspection and Installation 2.3 Rack Mounting This instrument can be installed on standard 19-inch rack. ITECH has prepared the IT-E158 bracket as a mounting kit for users. Users can select the corre- sponding bracket manual for installation according to the specific bracket model purchased.

    ♦ Protection Function ♦ List Function ♦ Analogue Function (Ext-Program) (Optional) IT-M3140 series power supplies have the following three operating modes: • Fixed mode: This is the default mode when the power supply is powered on. In fixed mode, the output parameters, protection function and such regular operations all can be set.

    This menu item is used to switch the power supply to local sensing or remote sensing. IT-M3140 series power supplies support two connection methods between power supply and device under test (DUT): Local sensing and Remote sensing. The remote sensing is used for maximizing measurement accuracy. (Refer to 2.5 Connecting the Device Under Test (DUT)

    Press [On/Off] key to turn the output on. When you return power to the instrument, verify that the cooling fan is running. If not, please contact ITECH. Leaving the instru- ment turned on with the failure message displayed or with an in- operative cooling fan may result in damage to the instrument.
