Error messages/error codes (VR2 control unit)

Error codes indicating the cause of warnings or errors that occur are output via a connected handheld programming
device. The PP1 or DTT handheld programming device can be connected for diagnosis (see Page 137).
INFORMATION
Only connect the programming device to the control system once the LED display is flashing. Should the program-
ming device be connected before flashing occurs the error code will not be displayed.

Possible measure
Check plug connections and
cable to actuator. Verify that actu-
ating drive can move freely.
Replace actuator or controller.
Check plug connections and
cable to brake.
Replace motor with brake.
Only drive the wheelchair at low
speed.
Check cabling/plug contacts.
If error persists: contact the
manufacturer.
Disconnect battery charger prior
to driving.
Move seat to lowest position.
Check cabling/plug contacts.
Replace and adjust seat height
adjustment sensor.
Disconnect battery charger prior
to driving.
Charge as soon as possible.
Check and replace batteries.
Position joystick in home position
prior to switch-on.
Replace the joystick/control
panel.
Check plug connections and
cable to left motor.
Check left motor.
Check plug connections and
cable to right motor.
Check right motor.
Check plug connections and
cable to left motor.
Check plug connections and
cable to left motor.
