Replacing the Battery Packs

Danger of serious injury from electric shock!
Prior to performing any work on the light, disconnect it from the on-site power supply and make sure
that it cannot be accidentally switched on while working on the light.
Prior to performing any work on the light head, be sure to remove the sensoGrip after disconnecting
the light from the on-site power supply.
Danger of burns!
When working on the battery pack, especially when making measurements, be sure to avoid short-
circuiting the battery poles (RD = +, BK = -).
Therefore, take off your watch, jewelry, etc., before starting any work on the batteries and use your
tools (screwdriver, etc.) with care.
Revision 2
Lift gasket (2) off the bottom shell (1) of the
housing.
Install new gasket (2), making sure that it
attaches well to the bottom shell (1).
If required, provide the gasket with cutouts (can
be done with end-cutting pliers used in
electronics). This may be necessary for the
parallel-grooved pins of the bearing block (1) in
particular.
