Test Instructions

If the following symbol is shown at the end of a test instruction, you must document the checks carried
out in the corresponding section of the inspection plan:

√ (plus torque)
If N/A has been ticked in at least one position even though the object to be tested is present, it is
mandatory to indicate in the field Comment the reason why it was not possible to carry out the
corresponding test (e.g. object not accessible, defective).
1. Checking the wall/ceiling assembly
Tools/aids
Torque wrench, extension, attachments/bits 17/19/23, spirit level

Check all M16 fixing nuts (2) of the ceiling anchor plate (1) and the intermediate plate (3) for proper
tightening, using a torque of 65 Nm.

Torque check on intermediate ceiling assembly!
If the torques of heavy-duty anchors and intermediate ceiling assembly bolts are documented in the
inspection plan, the service technician is free to check these torques as well.
