3.1 System is not on.
Is the power supplied
properly from the outlet?
(Check the system voltage)
Yes
Is the fuse blown?
No
Is the input voltage to the
SMPS proper?
Yes
Is the output voltage from the
SMPS proper?
Yes
Check the connection
between SMPS & Main Board.
Try another outlet.
No
Replace the fuses.
Yes
Check the inlet
No
connection.
Replace the SMPS.
No
