4. Clamp Screw & Nut Replacement
1. Open the Main Cover and right side cover.
2. Remove the Edging room window.
3. Remove the Lens Clamp.

4. Loosen two setscrews from the Chuck Screw Plate and separate the Chuck Screw Plate from the
Chuck Moving Screw.

5. Loosen the three locking screws of the Motor bracket.
Remove the Belt.
Chuck Right Cover

6. Remove the Chuck right cover.
7. Extract the Chuck Moving Pulley slowly.
The Chuck Moving Screw, the Chuck Moving Pulley and the Chuck Shaft are linked each other.
