Introduction
This section describes routine care and maintenance procedures that you should perform regularly or as
required. For maintenance not covered in this manual, contact Beckman Field Service.

instructions on the care of rotors and accessories.
NOTE
It is your responsibility to decontaminate the instrument, as well as any rotors and/or accessories,
before requesting service by Beckman Coulter Field Service.
WARNING
Any maintenance procedure or servicing of this equipment that requires removal
of any covers can expose parts which involve the risk of electric shock or personal
injury. Make sure that the power switch is off (
disconnected from the main power source, and refer such servicing to qualified
service personnel.
WARNING
Do not use alcohol or other flammable substances in or near operating
centrifuges.

Maintenance

Perform the following procedures regularly to ensure continued performance and long service life
of the centrifuge.
