Electrical system - Edition 03.2017
– Connect battery terminal clamp of earth wire -1- to negative
terminal of battery.
– Tighten securing nut.
– Work through steps listed in table.
Procedures after reconnecting battery:
Procedure
Ignition with ignition key: switch
on ignition and then switch off
again.
Read event memory: ⇒ Guided
fault finding using VAS 5051A .
Check time on clock and
change as necessary.
Open all electric windows fully
and close again.
Functional check: check all
electrical consumers.
Table can be printed out if necessary.
Specified torques
