O-3 Firmware Update Procedure using
the Device Discovery Utility (DDU)
The following procedure describes how to update firmware with the Device Discovery Utility (DDU).
1
Connect the PC and V440-F via Ethernet.

Start the Device Discovery Utility (DDU).

The browser will launch and automatically search for the connected V440-F.

When the connected V440-F is detected, an image of the detected reader and its identifying
information will be displayed. Click the image of the V440-F.
