STATus:QUEStionable:HARDware:ENABle?
Status Hardware Enable Register contents. The returned value is in decimal form described
in the description of "STATus:QUEStionable:HARDware:CONDition?". If multiple bits are set,
the result is the sum of the set bit values.

Status Hardware Event Register contents. The returned value is in decimal form described
in the description of "STATus:QUEStionable:HARDware:CONDition?". If multiple bits are set,

Questionable Status Temperature Enable Register to the specified value. The value is
