BENCH iLS executes Self-Test as part of its power-up sequence. In addition, you may
exercise a number of Self-Test options with the following SCPI commands:
*TST?
TEST:SELFtest[:EXECute]
TEST:QUERy?
TEST:SELFtest:CLE
SELF-TEST
Return most recent Self-Test results without executing.
iLS600, iLS600-R and iLS1500 Series
Execute Self-Test and return the results.
Same as above
Clear Self-Test results
