If the "Error: Pre-Update
Check Failed" pop up window is
displayed:
 Check Controller USB
connection
 Check the AC power
connection to the controller
 Turn off controller
 Wait for 5 seconds
 Select "Reattempt Check"
 If the Error Screen continues
to display after following the
prompts contact Covidien
technical support.
If the "No Software Available"
pop window is displayed:
 The connected Kendall SCD
700 series controller has the
latest controller software.
 No new controller software is
available.
