7.10 Error: Controller Hardware/Software could not be retrieved

If the "Error: Controller
Hardware/Software could not
be retrieved" pop up window is
displayed:
 Check the USB connections
to the controller and the
computer.
 Check the AC power
connection to the controller.
 Restart controller.
 Wait for the controller to
enter Garment Detection
(legs blinking).
 Turn off controller.
 Check "Confirm controller
has been turned off".
 Select "Continue"
 If the Error Screen continues
to display after following the
prompts contact Covidien
technical support.
