If the "Error: Controller not in
'Update Mode'" pop up window
is displayed:
 Check the USB connections
to the controller and the
computer
 Check the AC power
connection to the controller
 Restart controller
 Wait for the controller to
enter Garment Detection
(legs blinking)
 Turn off controller
 Check "Confirm controller
has been turned off"
 Select "Continue"
 If the Error Screen continues
to display after following the
prompts contact Covidien
technical support.
