If the Login Alert pop up
window is displayed:
First confirm that the
personal computer has an
internet connection by
navigating to an external
website.
Re-enter your user name
and password. Passwords
are case sensitive.
If you are still unable to login
contact Covidien technical
support.
If during login the "Please
shutdown Kendall SCD
Updater" pop up window is
displayed:
Shutdown the Kendall SCD
700 Updater
Confirm that the personal
computer has an internet
connection by navigating to
an external website.
Wait 2 minutes and re-open
Kendall SCD 700 Updater.
If you are still unable to login
contact Covidien technical
support.
