If the Login Alert pop up
window is displayed:
 First confirm that the
personal computer has an
internet connection by
navigating to an external
website.
 Re-enter your user name
and password. Passwords
are case sensitive.
 If you are still unable to login
contact Covidien technical
support.
If during login the "Please
shutdown Kendall SCD
Updater" pop up window is
displayed:
 Shutdown the Kendall SCD
700 Updater
 Confirm that the personal
computer has an internet
connection by navigating to
an external website.
 Wait 2 minutes and re-open
Kendall SCD 700 Updater.
 If you are still unable to login
contact Covidien technical
support.
