5. Go to the Ticket Details tab,
and in the request type,
choose 'Notification of
Installation Date'
6. Enter the serial number of
the scanner
7. Enter the installation date,
making sure that it is within
the 3 month period since it
was shipped out to your
company, if not, the system
will only take the 3 months
date as the installation date.
8. Highlight 'Client' and 'Tech'.
9. Press 'Save and Email'
