10.3. SCANNER MAINTENANCE POSITION

1. Remove the 4 x M5
securing bolts that hold the
scanner to the stand (if
used)
NOTE: Images in this chapter show the
Ci24 scanner. Carry out the same
procedure for the Ci40.
2. Lift the scanner from the
stand and rotate onto its
back. 2 people are
required to lift the scanner.
3. Make sure the
maintainence position foot
on the back of the scanner
lines up with the rear hole
of the stand assembly.
