EXTENDING WARRANTY

1. Open Helpdesk
2. Enter your account details.
3. Create a new ticket
4. Go to the Asset Info tab,
enter the serial number of
the scanner in the
appropriate box, and
search. When the scanner
is highlighted, choose that
scanner.
