default setting from "Receive Only" to "Transmit Only" for the firmware upgrade. (This step may be
different depending on the TFTP server software you are using).
4. Start the TFTP server.
5. On the GVC3210 web UIMaintenanceUpgrade page, configure TFTP as the "Firmware upgrade
mode" and enter the IP address of the PC in "Firmware server path" field.
6. Save and apply the change. Then reboot the device.
Please note end users can also choose to download a free HTTP server from
use Microsoft IIS web server.

Upgrade the GVC3210 via SD-Card or via USB

To upgrade the GVC3210 via SD-Card or via USB, users need to perform the following steps:
1. Unzip the firmware file and load it to the USB/SD-Card, make sure that the file name is the default
one otherwise the file will not be detected by the GVC3210.
2. Plug the USB/SD-Card into the GVC3210
3. The GVC3210 will detect the new firmware in few seconds, and shows a prompt asking for the user
confirmation.
4. Select "Yes" to start upgrading the firmware to the new one.
