Electrical system
•
Check the Cruise Control power cable continuity and insulation from ground between the
VCU connector PIN F4 and the light switch connector PIN 1 (Br/Bl cable).
•
Check the Cruise Control power cable continuity and insulation between the VCU connector
PIN A4 and the light switch connector PIN 2 (Gr cable).
•
If faults are found restore the cable harness.
•
Check that there is a resistance of 4120 Ohms +/- 10% between Cruise Control button PIN
1 and PIN 2 with the button released and 220 Ohms +/- 10% with the button pressed. If faults
are found the light switch must be replaced.

Cruise Control does not activate

To communicate to the VCU in braking phase.
Operation / Operating principle
Depending on the brake lever condition (pulled/
released) the switch communicates the status to
the VCU.
