If SMOD3 (S0CFG.0) is set, SFR address 0xB9 will be accessed on S0CR1. S0CR1 control the
enhanced function of serial port 0 including :
Enable S0 embedded baud rate generator, S0BRG
Enable the S0 TX or RX to select the baud rate time base by S0BRG
Enable S0BRG to behave a general timer
Enable S0 to enter LIN bus mode
