23. The next screen is the PLU Nutritional Factor Line 1. There are
10 lines of Nutritional Factor and 56 characters per line for a
maximum total of 560 characters of Nutritional Factor per PLU.
Type the Nutritional Factor you want for line 1. As you type, the
Nutritional Factor will appear in the Alpha Display. The screens
appear as follows:

25. The next screen is the PLU Nutritional Factor Line 2. You can
type Nutritional Factor you want for this line and press PRINT to
go to the next line of Nutritional Factor and repeat this step until
you get to Line 10. You could press
the PLU as-is and go to step 30.
26. The next screen is the PLU Cooking Instruction Line 1. There
are 7 lines of Cooking Instruction and 56 characters per line for
a maximum total of 392 characters of Cooking Instruction per
PLU. Type the Cooking Instruction you want for line 1. As you
type, the Cooking Instruction will appear in the Alpha Display.
