Adding or Editing Contacts in the Device Address Book from the Control
Panel
The Device Address Book can be setup using the Embedded Web Server.
The address book can contain up to 5000 contacts which can then be
accessed when entering recipients or destinations using apps.
Before you can use this feature, the system administrator must enable users to view and manage the
Device Address Book.
To add or edit contacts in the Device Address Book from the control panel:
At the printer control panel, press the Home button.

To clear previous App settings, touch Reset > Reset All Apps.

Load your original documents.
Touch Email.

Touch Manual Entry, then use the touch screen keyboard to type the name.
To add the recipient to the Device Address Book, touch the Address Book icon.

Do one of the following:
To create a new entry, touch Create New Contact. Touch each field and enter the contact
details using the touch screen keyboard, then touch OK.
To add to an existing entry, touch Add to Existing Contact. Touch a contact int the list or use
the Search option to find the contact required.

To mark recipient to appear as a favorite option, touch the Star icon.
9.
Adjust the email settings as needed.
10. To start the scan, touch Send.
11. To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
