Clearing Finisher Jams

Clearing Jams in the Office Finisher
To clear jams in the Office Finisher areas, watch the video and follow the instructions on the control
panel.
Ensure that you have removed all of the jammed paper and that jam area covers are closed correctly.
Clearing Jams in the High Volume Finisher
To clear jams in the High Volume Finisher areas, watch the video and follow the instructions on the
control panel.
Ensure that you have removed all of the jammed paper and that jam area covers are closed correctly.
Clearing Jams in the CZ Folder
To clear jams in the CZ folder areas, watch the video and follow the instructions on the control panel.
Ensure that you have removed all of the jammed paper and that jam area covers are closed correctly.
Clearing Hole Punch Jams in Office Finisher
If the printer stops printing and reports a hole-punch jam, empty the hole-punch waste container. For
details, refer to Emptying the Hole Punch Waste Container on page 198.
After you empty the hole-punch waste container, locate and remove any paper jams.
