5. Unpack a new staple cartridge and remove the packing material.
6. Push the new staple cartridge into the stapler unit until it clicks.
7. Rotate the staple head movement wheel counterclockwise, until it is back in position.
8. Close the finisher door.
Replacing Staples in the Booklet Maker for the Office Finisher
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
1. Open the finisher door.
2. Locate the staple cartridges. These are in the upper left part of the cavity at the bottom of the unit.
3. Pull the handle down to remove the staple cartridge from the finisher.
4. Unpack a new staple cartridge and remove the packing material.
5. To insert a staple cartridge, push the cartridge up and then to the left, until it clicks into place.
6. Repeat the procedure for the other booklet maker staple cartridge.
7. Close the finisher door.
Replacing Staples in the High Volume Finisher
1. Open the finisher door.
2. Locate the staple cartridge.
3. To remove the staple cartridge, gently lift to release, then pull the staple cartridge out.
4. Unpack the new staple cartridge.
5. Insert the new staple cartridge into the finisher.
6. Close the finisher door.
