During printing the current heart rate appears at the bottom of the paper in every 10 seconds.
(HR).
Warning!
The printed heart rate is the average for the 10 seconds prior to printing, so it may differ
slightly from what is measured on the printout.
Printing is not always on-line. Printing speed is influenced by the turned on filters and the
signal frequency and noise content.
In case of 50mm/sec printing the real speed of the paper is lower than 50mm/sec (about
27.5mm/s), but due to the printing from buffer-memory, the curve speed is nominal 50mm/s.
Due to the size of the buffer-memory, the maximum printing length in case of 50mm/s is
about 60 seconds (3m).
The real printing speed is included in the following table (average ECG 60 bpm, filters
switched off):
 at 5 mm/s:
about 5 mm/s
 at 25 mm/s:
about 25 mm/s
 at 50 mm/s:
about 27.5 mm/s
Printing can be stopped by pressing the 'REC','AUTO' or the 'BLOCK' keys.
Printing is also terminated if the automatic blocking has started, or the length of the recording
has reached a limit value. This maximum length is as follows:
 at 5 mm/s:
min. 1 m
 at 25 mm/s:
min. 4,5 m (180 s)
 at 50 mm/s:
min. 3 m

8.6.7. Starting automatic printing

It is made by pressing the
record from the 12 standard leads, i.e. all 4 standard ECG lead groups in the following order:
 I, II, III
 aVR, aVL, aVF
 V1, V2, V3
 V4, V5, V6
If the Cabrera lead group was set, obviously that will be printed:
 aVL, I, -aVR
 II, aVF, III
 V1, V2, V3
 V4, V5, V6
On-line printing parameters (speed, sensitivity, filter state) are identical to the current
monitoring parameters.
The automatic print header is identical to the header during manual printing. However the
calibrating signal is only printed before the first group.
