If touching the keyboard icon, the following appears:

On the top of the screen the Name: label can be seen, where

the patient name can be entered. Under it can be found the

keyboard with standard arrangement. In the bottom line you

can find the aA button with which you can switch between

lower case and capitals, beside can be seen the space (

)

symbol, which enables to enter space, next to it is the delete

button ( ) , and finally at the right bottom corner is the Enter

) to finish entering the name.

You can handle this screen only by touching; the press buttons

are not applicable. If you would like to make more records of

the same patient, the patient name and code have to be

confirmed before each record. It can be done by entering the

identifier menu where the previously entered code can be seen

in inverse. If you press Enter, it becomes valid again. If you

press the

delete button, it switches to normal from inverse and the code can be edited. If

the previous name or code appears in inverse and we enter a character, the old name or code

will be deleted and the entered character appears instead.

If touching the telephone icon, the following can be seen:

Here, entering the name is in the same way as in the case of

cell phones. By touching a press button a character line

appears above, in which line are the possible characters to be

entered. By pressing the button again we can scroll in the line

until we reach the appropriate If you stop pressing the button,

the chosen character appears on the upper line after a short

time (1 sec). In the bottom line the delete, space and finished

buttons can be seen. It is the same way as it was written above

to put in, or edit the previous name.
