8.12.1. Stopping ECO printing

Pressing the
or
online printing — displays the "PreStop" message on the top left corner of the display, and
printing stops when the end of the current page is reached. Pressing the
one more time stops the printing immediately.
In automatic printing mode there is no "PreStop" message, and the printing stops
immediately.

8.13. Starting automatic printing

Automatic printing can be started by pressing the
under Setup/Printing/Leads, the device creates a printout as described in the following
subsections.

8.13.1. In the case of a 3 or 6 channel setting

The 12 simultaneous leads are printed in groups of 4x3 or 2x6 leads one after the other. The
length (2, 4, or 6 seconds) of the interchanging groups is determined under
Setup/Printing/Auto length.
The parameters of automatic printing with 4x3 and 2x6 leads (speed, sensitivity, and filter
activation) are the same as the settings of the ongoing monitoring session. The header is the
same as the header printed during direct online printing. The calibration signal is printed only
before the first group. Even though in these cases the leads are printed in groups of three or
six, all groups are recorded simultaneously.
If pre-start (Setup/Printing/Pre-start) is enabled, 2 seconds of signal prior to pressing the
button will also be printed. This way it is possible to print out a signal which has already been
displayed.
The ECO printing mode is available with auto printing, and if it is active, no header will be
printed.

8.13.2. In the case of a 12 channel setting

In the case of a 12 channel setting, pressing the
degrees compared to regular printouts. Each printout is 4 seconds long with a fixed 25 mm/s
sweep speed. The sensitivity of the signal corresponds to the one set for the display. The
header of the 12 channel printout contains the patient name/identification code, date of birth,
the date of the recording, and the printing parameters. The printout is a record of
approximately 2 seconds before and/or 2 seconds after the button is pressed. If the memory
buffer is empty for some reason (e.g. the ECG cable has just been connected), printing will
start with a 1–3 second delay.
Only filter and sensitivity settings are applicable in this printing mode.
