Description
Manual operation enables you to set the outputs irrespective of the
process data. The checkbox of the "Process Image Value" parameter is
unselected. Here you can enter the desired process value.
Checkbox unselected:
Process data is released = 0
Checkbox selected:
Entered process value is released = 1
If this parameter is activated, you can simulate the channel-specific
diagnostics.
Set the start behavior of the output that was disabled based on the "Short
circuit/overload actuator" and/or "Overtemperature" diagnostics.
Checkbox unselected (0)*:
After the "Restart delay, actuator time" has elapsed, the output is
switched on again automatically..
Checkbox selected (1):
The output is only switched on again after you confirm the diagnostic
message.
Time in 100 ms intervals, after which a disabled output is switched on
again in case of error.
You must unselect the checkbox under "Restart mode, actuator" (0).
Default setting: 10 * 100 ms = 1000 ms
Note
If you set the time of the "Restart delay, actuator" parameter to 0 ms, the
I/O LED appears yellow instead of red if a short circuit or overload
appears due to the short restart interval (see Section "Diagnostics" >
"LED Signaling").
If "Simulation Diagnostics" is disabled, the corresponding error is
displayed upon occurrence (default setting).
If "Simulation Diagnostics" is enabled, you can simulate one of the
errors by selecting the appropriate parameter.
