Alarm
There have been multiple faults in the power switches. For
Red
safety reasons, the unit will stand by for an inspection.
The voltage variation in the DC bus exceeds a maximum
value. The DC voltage under normal operation remains
Red
constant, with changes due to the control of the maximum
power point. This behavior is generally due to a fault in the
power electronics or a loss of insulation in the DC side.
Red
Isolated fault in a power electronics switch.
Caused by several different alarms considered critical
Red
enough, which are repeated a specific number of times.
It can be caused by the following:
Emergency stop button pressed.
Folding doors open (end switches not pressed).
Stop from display.
Orange
Stop from remote control (via communications
frame).
Stopped by user by placing a contact in the
emergency push button and end switch
monitoring circuit.
In the grid connection process abnormal events can
occur, such as overcurrent in the power block output or
overcurrent in the grid filters. This alarm can also appear
Red
if the serial number of the card does not match the unit's
firmware, or due to an overload in the program's memory
system.
The instantaneous sum of the AC currents exceeds an
instantaneous maximum value.
Orange
Monitor the insulation of the AC to ground circuit.
Normal photovoltaic unit stoppage when the PV array
Orange
power is null.
The inverter control monitors the temperature of critical
elements. In the event of high temperature in said
elements or abnormal temperature differences with the
ambient temperature, the inverter is stopped. A warning
will be generated previously.
Orange
Check the condition of the fans, remove foreign bodies
from the ventilation duct, and blow on them to remove dirt.
In addition, check the units' ventilation duct, inlet grilles,
air filters, and outlet grilles.
The unit's driver stage detected an overcurrent in one of
Red
the power switches.
During a transient the unit has generated a current above
Red
the limit established in phase R.
During a transient the unit has generated a current above
Red
the limit established in phase S.
During a transient the unit has generated a current above
Red
the limit established in phase T.
Anomaly in the AC contactor actuation system, which
Red
allows the connection of the inverter to the electric grid.
Anomaly in the operation of the contactor or DC motorized
Red
switch.
One of the AC thermomagnetic circuit breakers has
tripped and remains open. For the correct operation of the
Red
inverter they must be closed.
Check the condition of these protections.
