14. Remove the power phase by pulling the two handles.
15. Fasten the phase using the hoist.
16. Using the hoist, deposit the phase on a safe surface out of the inverter.
17. Remove the plates from the phase using the two screws installed in each one.
18. Install the replacement phase following the reverse order.
