Under some circumstances (e.g. in case the modem aps between base stations) it might
be necessary to set a speci c service type or assign a xed operator. The list of operators
around can be obtained by initiating a network scan (may take up to 60 seconds). Further
details can be retrieved by querying the modem directly, a set of suitable commands can be
provided on request.
