Rectifying Faults
Fault
The table is not moving.
Possible cause
The table is blocked by foreign
objects.
The load is too heavy, making
the drive too weak or causing it
to overheat.
The drive has heated up too
much, and has been turned off
automatically.
The drive belt is torn.
The motor is defective.
The drive control system is de-
fective.
Fault
Strong vibrations occur.
Possible cause
The load is too heavy, so the
device is no longer balanced.
The load is too light, so the de-
vice is no longer balanced.
The load is distributed une-
venly.
The speed is too high.
The device is not standing
straight.
The substructure (table) is too
weak.
Fault
The shaker drive is accelerating or running too quickly.
Possible cause
The motor control system is de-
fective.

Measures
Remove the foreign object. Detach the table from
its axis, tip it up and remove the foreign bodies.
Reduce the load.
If the drive has overheated, the process can be
continued after it has cooled down.
Let the device cool down. Ensure that the air vents
on the side are unobstructed.

Measures
Reduce the load to the prescribed value.
Increase the load to the prescribed value.
Load the tray in the centre. If possible, do not
place any heavy weights in the corners of the tray.
Reduce the speed.
Level the table or the device (adjustable foot on
the base).
Place the device on a stable table or the floor.
Measures

Switch the device off and then on again.
