Machine security
• ESL system setting
- ESL: Engine Starting Limit
- ESL mode is designed to be a theft deterrent or to prevent unauthorized operation of the machine.
- If the ESL mode is selected in ON, the password will be required when the start switch is turned
ON.
- Engine start limit

- Activate after specific time
The password is required when the operator starts the engine first. But the operator can restart the
engine within the specific time without inputting the password.
The specific time can be set maximum to 2 days.
- Smart key authentication function

• Using the smart key
- Verification success
Green smart key icon is displayed on
the main display screen.
- Verification failure
Red smart key icon and password in-
put screen is displayed.
: Not used ESL function
: The password is required whenever the operator starts the engine.
: Set the using or not of smart key. If you using smart key, ESL function always
be activated.
: Register or delete user tag and display registered user tag. When delete user
tag, all user tag will be deleted.
