4. MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

Scheduled maintenance is the normal maintenance necessary to provide proper and efficient machine
operation. To protect your investment and prolong the service life of your machine, follow the scheduled
maintenance list below.
1) EVERY 10 HOURS SERVICE
Hydraulic oil level
Engine oil level
Radiator coolant level
Belt tension & damage
Fuel pre-filter element (water)

DEF/AdBlue tank
Charge air piping
Cooling fan
After treatment exhaust piping
Air intake piping
Air cleaner and dust ejection valve
Crankcase breather tube
2) EVERY 50 HOURS SERVICE
Attachment pins
Tire (Air)
Steering cylinder pins
Rear axle pivot
Fuel tank (water, sediment)
3) INITIAL 250 HOURS SERVICE
Engine oil and filter
Fuel filter element
Fuel pre-filter element
Transmission oil and filter
Front and rear axle oil
Hydraulic oil return filter
Pilot line filter element
4) EVERY 250 HOURS SERVICE
Drive shaft (flange bearing, front, center, rear)
Wheel nuts
Battery (voltage) / Battery cable and connections
Air conditioner and heater filter (inner and outer)
5) EVERY 500 HOURS SERVICE
Radiator, oil cooler, change air cooler, condenser
