06 - VBOX Touch RTK
VBOX Touch is available in an RTK variant, offering centimetre-level accuracy using the latest GNSS
technology. Tracking the GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo constellations, it offers robust position accuracy and
precise measurements of speed and distance.
The device can receive RTK correctional signals using an
Station (BS6 only), meaning you can have up to 1 cm positional accuracy at a test track or on open roads.
VBOX Touch RTK is pre-configured to receive serial RTK correction messages (RTCM v3.2 MSM4), meaning that there
is no need to turn an RTK setting on, unless you are using an NTRIP Modem or wanting to change the baud rate/3rd
tracked constellation.
IMPORTANT - The external antenna should be used when receiving NTRIP RTK corrections.

VBOX Touch Accuracy Comparison
The VBOX Touch RTK variant improves on the positional accuracy of the standard unit from 2.5 m to up to 1 cm.
Trigger brake stop accuracy is also improved from ±20 cm to ±5 cm. More details on these accuracies can be seen
