Installing the new valve
1.
Carefully, mount the new proportional solenoid valve on the sample
manifold plate using the two flat-head screws.
2.
Install the reserved adapter fitting on the inlet and outlet on either
side of the solenoid and then reconnect the 1/16 inch fitting at the inlet
and outlet of the valve, gently pushing the tubing in and securing
with the nut.
3.
Place the sample manifold plate back in the oven and secure with the
four mounting screws.
4.
Reconnect the two1/16 fittings on the sample system connections
bracket in the center of the oven (Figure 7-2).
5.
Replace the oven lid and secure it with the two nuts (Figure 7-1).
6.
Replace the analyzer cover and secure it with the mounting screws.
