7.7.1 AC ARC Calibration

Connect one end of a 250k
the high voltage output terminal (HV OUTPUT) of the channel to be calibrated on
the tester, and move the other end close to the low potential terminal (RTN/LOW) of
the channel to be calibrated without making any physical connection in order to
create sparks.

Press START to output voltage.

When the status indicator shows PASS the device has returned the correct ARC value
and turned off the high voltage output.

Press ▼ to go to the DC ARC 5mA (3mA) calibration.

ARC calibration is a dangerous test as the high voltage is exposed
outside the terminal. Use extreme caution when performing the test.
