    Safety Symbols DANGER – High voltage. Explanation: To avoid injury, death of personnel, or damage to the instrument, the operator must refer to an explanation in the instruction manual. Protective grounding terminal: To protect against electrical shock in case of a fault. This symbol indicates that the terminal must be connected to ground before operation of equipment.

Any incorrect or mistaken procedures in using this instrument may cause injury or death. Thus for your safety, be sure to read through the notices described in this chapter and memorize them to prevent any accidents from happening.
