In the PROGRAM screen, press the ▼ key to move the highlighted cursor to the
following position:

Use the [AC], [DC], [IR], [OSC] and [PA] Function Keys to select the test mode. The
test modes that are available for selection depend on the model number of the tester.

The parameters set in each test mode are described below.

SELECT MODE
VOLTAGE
: Sets the voltage for the AC withstand voltage test.
HIGH LIMIT
: Sets the high limit for the leakage current.
LOW LIMIT
: Sets the low limit for the leakage current. The range is less than the high
limit for leakage current or OFF.
ARC LIMIT
: Sets the ARC limit; 0 means OFF.
TEST TIME
: Sets the required test time; 0 means continuous test.
RAMP TIME
: Sets the time required for ramping to the set voltage; 0 means OFF.
FALL TIME
: Sets the time required for dropping to a low voltage; 0 means OFF.
