    HIPOT Tester 19051/19052/19053/19054 Quick Start Guide Introduction An Overview of Product Automatic withstand / insulation / grounding testers of the instrument are designed for automatic withstand, insulation resistance, grounding resistance and short/open circuit detection of electromechanical and electronic equipments. As soon as the instrument is unpacked, inspect for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Save all packing materials in case that the instrument has to be returned.
