7.7.1 AC ARC Calibration

Connect one end of 250kΩ10Watt or high power simulated load resistance to the
high voltage output terminal (HV OUTPUT) of the channel to be calibrated on this
Tester, and move the other end close to the low potential terminal (RTN/LOW) of
the channel to be calibrated without physical connection in order to create sparks.

Press START to output voltage.

When the status indicator shows PASS, it means the device has grabbed the ARC value
correctly and stopped the high voltage output.
Press ▼ to go to DC ARC 5mA (3mA) calibration.

ARC calibration is special task as the high voltage is exposed
outside the terminal. Please be careful as it may cause hazard.
