The gas path switch facilitates the complete separation of the CO/SO
cell from the gas path. The CO cell is therefore protected from very high
CO concentrations. The remaining flue gas data can still be measured.
This gas path switch function is ideal in combination with the adjustable
switch off function of the pump at high concentrations

For the calibration phase, the gas path switch must be at the

/CO/NO/SO

Otherwise the CO cell will not be rinsed with fresh air and the values
measured in subsequent measurements will be false.

The CO cell is located outside the gas path.
Even if the CO cell is outside the gas path, low CO values can be shown
in the display. However these have no meaning.

The small but effective gas drier prevents damage caused by
condensate in the analyser. This can occur especially in measurements
on systems with low flue gas temperatures (e.g. low temperature
LED 2
heating systems and condensing furnaces). It is used instead of the
condensate trap. Preparation of the sample gas via the gas drier leads
to a high level of condensate precipitation. The condensate is collected
in the housing and is emptied by removing one of the end pieces.
If carrying out long-term measurements lasting several hours the
use of the automatic condensate emptying unit is necessary, i.e.
the compact gas drier 0632.3371.
When using the compact gas drier you only have the option of
one mains unit (0554.0079) (see diagram below)
