Retrieve the Printer's Network IP Address
You need the printer IP address to perform some tasks. For example, the XPS Card Printer Driver
asks you to enter the network IP address during installation. You also can launch the Printer
Dashboard by entering the printer IP address in a browser window.

The printer supports both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing.
Print a Test Card with Network IP Address
The printer includes a one-sided test card that prints without using a driver or other source of
card data. Use it to verify that the printer is printing correctly and to retreive the network IP
address. Make sure that cards are in the input hopper and all supplies are loaded before you
begin. Refer to
more advanced test cards from the Printer Dashboard.

Begin with the printer in ready status with the U
solid green. Press the U

The test card prints with the printer IP addess printed on
the card.
3.
After the card prints, the printer returns to ready status.
