針 高 度之 調 整
1.轉 動 皮 帶 輪 使 針 上 升 至 最 高 點 時 ， 針 尖
至 針 板 面 之 距 離 為 。(圖29)
2.調 整 ：
( 1)打 開 上 蓋 。
( 2)放 鬆 螺 絲 ， 移 動 針 棒 至 所 需 高 度
鎖 緊 螺 絲 回 。
( 3)放 回 上 蓋 ， 並 且 密 合 鎖 緊 。
押 具 調整
1.押 具 位 置 調 整 ：(圖30)
( 1)放 鬆 押 具 彈 簧 壓 力
( 2)移 動 押 具 ， 使 其 押 具 槽 與 針 板 槽 一
致 ， 使 押 具 底 平 壓 於 針 板 上 ， 鎖 緊 螺
絲 。
( 3)放 鬆 螺 絲 ， 左 右 移 動 ， 使
疊 吻 合 ， 且
螺 絲 。

ADJUST THE NEEDLE HEIGHT

1.The is the distance from the needle tip to
the surface of the needle plate when the
needle is rised to the highest point after
turning the pulley.(Fig.29)
2.Adjustments:
(1)Open and remove the upper cover
(2)Loosen the screw
needle bar to the desired height. Then,
tighten the screw
(3)Put the upper cover
standard stroke10.4~10.6mm
high strok 11.8~12mm

ADJUST THE PRESSER FOOT

１.Adjust the presser foot position:(Fig.30)
(1)Release the pressure spring
presser foot and the screw
presser foot.
(2)Move the presser foot
groove of the presser foot can align with
the groove of the needle plate. Also, the
bottom of the presser foot can stand on
the needle plate flatly, and then tighten
the screw .
(3)Loosen the screw
