The Oil Does Not Splash
檢查 及調 整 Exam and Adjustment
Q: 針棒 鬆動
A:
更 換 新品或磨 合其 接觸面使 之問隙 變小 。
Q: The needle bar is loosening?
A: Change a new one or to polish the contacting surfact
so that the clearance is smaller.
Q: 連桿 上控制 問隙 之固定 勾鬆動、碰 撞 ？
A: (1.) 螺 絲加 膠
(2.) 溝 寬磨大 或導 角
(3.) 更換 新 品
Q: The fixed hook of the connecting rod controlling the
clearance is loosening or clashing?
A: (1.) Add glue onto the screw
(2.) Polish the goove width wider or chamfer
(3.) Change a new one.
Q: 上 下刀位 置不對 ？
A:
調 整 上 刀下刀角 度 。
Q: Incoorect position of the upper and the lower knife?
A: Adjust the angles of the upper and the lower knife.
Q: 布 板蓋之 側 蓋碰撞 聲？
A: 校正 布 板蓋之 側蓋的 角度， 使之不會 撞 到下 勾 針與
上 刀 台。
Q: Crashing noise form the side cover of the fabric plate
cover?
A: Correct the angle of the side cover of the fabric plate
cover to keep it from the lower looper and the upper
knife seat.

泵 浦 不出 油？
A: (1.)
重 新 鎖正 確位置
(2.)
重新 組配 泵浦 中 齒輪與 已軸位 置
Q: The oil does not come out from the pump?
A: (1.) Relock it to the correct position
(2.) Reassemble the gear of the pump to the main shaft
and adjust the position.

清除 毛頭 換新出 油 螺絲

換 新 濾油 器
(3.)
清除 污 穢 的東西 或換 新
(4.)
用 鐵 絲清 通油路

A: (1.) Clean the lints and change the oil releasing
screw.
(2.) Change a new filter
(3.) Clean the dirt or change a new one
(4.) Use the iron wire to clean through the oil path.
