新 機 器 啟用 規 定
1 .新 機 器 在 最 初 啟 用 磨 合 期 的 四 個 星 期
內 ， 請 用 低 於 最 高 速 度2 0％ 的 速 度 運
轉 ， 之 後 換 上 新 潤 滑 油 ， 才 可 運 轉 至
最 高 速 度 。
2 .定 期 之 清 潔 保 養 ， 確 保 延 長 機 器 之 使
用 壽 命 。

1 油鏡
旋開 ， 以包裝 箱 內 所附 之 超 高
速 潤 滑 油 或 選 用 ESSO＃32（ 或MO
BIL#10 ） 等相 當之 機 油加 入， 使 油 量
指 示 桿 位 於 油 標上 下 之間 即 可， 然後
再鎖 緊 油 鏡
(2)開 箱新 機 器 或久 置 未使 用 時 ，請在 針
棒、上 勾針台 等加 油潤 滑。

HOW TO OPERATE
THE NEW MACHINE
1. Please operate this machine in 80% of the
maximum speed in the first four weeks for
engagement. After four weeks, please do
not operate under the maximum speed until
replacing the new lubrication oil.
2. Periodically maintain and clean the machine
to ensure and extend the usage term of the
machine.
LUBRICATION AND DRAINAGE
1.Fill the lubrication oil
(1)Remove the oil level inspection leng
and fill it with the attached ultra high
speed lubricating oil, or choose ESSO#32
(or MOBIL #10)or equivalent. Tighten the
oil level inspection leng
indicator locates between the two marking
lines.
(2)Please lubricate the needle bar and the
upper looper shaft before starting
operating a new machine or a long idling
machine.
