01 溫度感 測 元 件發 生 故障時 ，
MCU會 偵 測出 不 符合 規 格之 溫
度 ，此時MCU則 判定 為感 測元 件
異 常，Motor 不 再啟 動。
Awhen temperature sensor fails,
MCU will detect that the
temperature does not meet
specifications, thus MCU is
judged to be abnormal, and the
Motor will not start.
02 檢 知Bulk voltage發生最 大 值 時，
Motor 不 再 啟動。
When detector Bulk voltage
det ector reaches maximum,
Motor will not start.
04 ( 1) 控 制器 檢知Motor運 轉電流
值 ≧20A時
(1) When Motor controller detects
the current value ≧ 20A
(2) V bulk電 壓 大 於470Vdc時
，Motor 不 再 啟動 。
(2) V bulk voltage is greater than
470Vdc, Motor will not start.

馬達encoder訊號 因 斷 線 或損 毀，
導致MCU偵 測 發 生 異 常 ，Motor不
再啟 動 。
Due to the disconnection or the
damage,MCU detects the
abnormal and the Motor cannot
reboot.
06 IGBT藉ON/OFF動作,呈 現近 似Sin
wave波形 控 制Motor運 轉及 動作
電 流 ， 在Switch動 作頻 繁 及負載
電 流通 過 ， 形 成熱 損 增加 與 溫度
上升 。
