更 換 切 刀
1.更 換上 切 刀 ：
(1)放鬆 螺 絲 將 下刀 座
鎖螺 絲 。
(2)取 下螺 絲 ， 換上 新 刀片 後 ，輕 輕鎖
上 螺 絲 。
(3)轉動手 輪 使 上 刀 移 至 下死點 ，調整 上
刀高 低 使 上 刀 與 下 刀相 交約 0.5 ~ 1.0
mm ，鎖緊 螺絲 。
(4)放鬆 螺絲 ， 使下 刀座 還 原位 置 ，並
試 驗上下刀 能剪 斷車 縫線 ，鎖 緊螺 絲
。
2.更 換下 切刀：
( 1)放 鬆螺 絲
將 下刀 座
鎖 螺絲 。
( 2)放鬆 螺絲 ， 取下 舊刀 換上 新刀 。
( 3)調 整下刀之 刀口 與針 板面 平齊 後， 鎖
緊 螺絲 。
( 4.) 放 鬆 螺絲 ， 使下 刀座 還 原 位置 ，並
試驗 上下刀 能確 實剪 斷車 縫線 ，鎖 緊
螺 絲 。(圖27)

REPLACE THE TRIMMERS

1.Replace the upper trimmer ：
(1)Loosen the screw
向 左邊推 ，輕
(2)Remove the screw
(3)Turn the pulley to move the upper trimmer
向 左邊 推 ，輕
(4)Loosen the screw
2.R eplace the lower trimmer：
(1)Loosen the screw
(2)Loosen the screw
(3)Adjust the edge of the lower trimmer to
(4)Loosen the screw

and move the lower
trimmer holder to the left. Then, tighten
the screw a little.
and put the new
trimmer. Then, tighten the screw
to the lower dead point. Adjust the height
of the upper trimmer so that the upper
trimmer can cross the lower trimmer
about 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm. After that, tighten the
screw .
and return the lower
trimmer to its original position. Test if the
upper and the lower trimmer can cut the
thread exactly, and then tighten the screw

tighten the screw a little.
. Take off the trimmer
and replace a new one.
