3. 無 工件 調 整：
以 工 廠 出 廠 靈 敏 度(最 大 靈 敏 度)無法 穩 定
地 檢 測 檢 測 體 的 情 形 時 ， 請 依 照下 敘 順
序 操 作 操 作 按 鈕 。
(1)鏡 片 反 射型 ：
請於 檢 測 透 光 的 檢 測 體 及 有 孔洞/缺角的
檢 測 體 ， 或 是 由 於周 圍 有 感 測器 的 反射
光 ， 檢 測 體遮 光 不 完 全 ， 即 使 有檢測 體
也 無 法 形 成 遮 光 狀態 的 情 形 時執 行 。以
無 檢 測 體 時 約 一 半 光 量 自 動 設 定作 動 靈
敏 度 。

Without detecting objects, keep pressing the button (for 2sec) until both the
indicators flash fast and then hand back
(It can check the light under the state without detecting objects (no work

With the state of having detecting objects, press the button fast.
(Check the light with detecting objects, and set the sensitivity of 2 points
adjustment.)

3. Adjust without work piece:
If the default sensitivity (the max) cannot
detect the objects stably, please follow the
below procedure to operate the buttons.
(1)Lens Reflex:
For detecting transparent or
holed/incomplete objects, or for where
reflex of the sensor is around and objects
cannot be obscured completely. Even for
those detecting objects cannot form into the
obscuring state. Auto set the sensitivity
without detecting objects and under about
half amou nt of light.
